We represent major national banks and smaller lenders in matters involving lending and leasing, retail banking and transaction disputes. In the manufacturing arena, we have prosecuted cases for multi-national industrial companies involving millions of dollars in disputed payments. We have represented franchisors in the food industry in their trademark and real property litigation. We have successfully litigated, for smaller corporations and individuals, numerous issues such as shareholder disputes and covenants not to compete.
